She died in 1957 so she certainly could have been.

Subject: #OldRadio IRC Chat this Thursday Night!
A weekly [removed]
For the best in OTR Chat, join IRC (Internet Relay Chat), StarLink-IRC
Network, the channel name is #OldRadio. We meet Thursdays at 8 PM Eastern
and go on, and on! The oldest OTR Chat Channel, it has been in existence
over nine years, same time, same channel! Started by Lois Culver, widow
of actor Howard Culver, this is the place to be on Thursday night for
real-time OTR talk!
Our "regulars" include OTR actors, soundmen, collectors, listeners, and
others interested in enjoying OTR from points all over the world. Discussions
range from favorite shows to almost anything else under the sun (sometimes
it's hard for us to stay on-topic)...but even if it isn't always focused,
it's always a good time!
For more info, contact charlie@[removed]. We hope to see you there, this
week and every week!

Subject: Mp3 Cd player Choices
Hello,
I have a family member who needs a good mp3 CD player for playing a series
of Audio programs in mp3 recorded at 22Khz/32 Kbps.
Could anyone recommend one based on Price, ease of use and reliabilty.
Sincerely,
Mike Kerezman

I was wondering, does this mean that trading old-time radio shows will be
back in power like the early days of trading? And what happens to the
rights of the shows Radio Spirits owns?

Richard Olday, commenting on my recollections of a Radio Spirits
"decoder" notes,
>Mr. Kallis recently mentioned doing business with the
>Old Time Radio Club. I do not know the business
>he referred to, but the Old Time Radio Club is
>alive & prospering.
In my comment, I indicated I wasn't sure of the memory of the "club."
So, I've dug out my "decoder," and will describe it in some detail. The
device appears to be made of stamped sheet brass, with a rounded top and
a square bottom, making it appear much like a cathedral radio. In the
center of this is a "dial," a disk with a knob. The circular number
scale is a red annulus. Sweeping along the top of this item is "Radio
Spirits, Inc." Near the base, it says "Old Time Radio Club of America."
Between the cipher parts of the object are representations of two knobs,
apparently one for tuning; the other, volume. There is also a
representation of a radio dial.
I'm sure that there are more than a few Old Time Radio Clubs scattered
across the globe; this inactive, if not defunct, group was founded by
Radio Spirits.
