Subject: Re: Radio Report on Roswell UFO Crash
The version I've previously heard of this was much longer and mentioned
that the craft found was of "flimsy" construction, which rather plays into
the hands of the weather balloon theorists.
Are you certain it's John Nebel? I wouldn't have recognized the voice
as his, to be truthful.
Sincerely,
George Wagner

In listening to the Roswell UFO radio report (1947) mentioned in the previous
DIGEST, I cannot say that the 18-second report sounds anything like Long John
Nebel. Nebel had a pronounced NY accent and a much different delivery style.
