Subject: Lost radio episodes of THE BIG SHOW

Many in the hobby are aware of my latest book, THE BIG SHOW: Tallulah
Bankhead's Radio Career, being published in March. Numerous reference
guides claim the program was NBC's attempt to combat television but this
(as most historians are aware) is not true. The program was created
deliberately to counteract CBS' notorious talent raid AND an attempt to
kill Jack Benny's career. Fully documented with scans of archival documents
(including Tallulah's salary contract with the network), my research
granted me access to transcription discs for both season one and season
two.

Collectors of OTR know that the majority of the second season episodes are
not known to exist in collector hands. I paid a four-digit figure to have
those discs transferred digitally and normally I would sell enough books to
cover the cost of expenses. But this was a very hefty fee and I would like
to make my money back.

So I uploaded both first and second season episodes, plus bonus features from
the series, on dropbox. Both wav and mp3 files were uploaded. I created a
Kickstarter campaign and the link can be found below. Sincere appreciation in
advance for your support.
