If dance bands and the Big Band Era interest you, you might enjoy "A One
Night Stand with the Big Bands" as broadcast on WTIC in Hartford, CT, in the
1960s and 1970s. On these one-hour programs Arnold Dean interviewed the
greats - Harry James, Artie Shaw, Duke Elllington, Gene Krupa, to name a
